One of the first things you must know about Ayahuasca Treatment is that it’s not a drug. Rather it’s a sacred medicine combined with chacruna leaves that contain hallucinogenic properties. This scared medicine wasn’t designed to be used as addiction treatment but it was intended as an emotional healing and physical fix.

If you’re considering to take a journey with Ayahuasca Treatment, you should understand these things first.

1. You’ll purge and remove toxins.

And it’s not fun. If you think that undergoing treatment with Ayahuasca is fun, then think again. It may be an effective way to treat mental issues, like depression and anxiety. But it requires you to vomit as part of getting rid of everything that’s inside your system.

2. You’ll face your inner demons.

When you’re undergoing Ayahuasca treatment, you’ll find yourself hallucinating at one stage. It’s not the same as when you use hallucinogenic drugs as this one entails darker experiences that will cause you to meet your inner demons and expel them from your system.

3. You’re on your own in your journey.
