A proprietary brain-repair protocol refined since 2011, built on cellular detox, plant medicine and regenerative therapy rather than talk therapy or maintenance medication.
We do not run group meetings, we do not rely on talk therapy, and we do not prescribe addictive maintenance medication. Every guest receives a customised protocol delivered privately, one-to-one, by a licensed clinical team.
The method combines sacred plant medicine with IV nutrient therapy, cellular detoxification and regenerative treatment to repair the brain and body together rather than manage symptoms.

Where is Holistic Sanctuary located?
We operate two private locations in Mexico: an oceanfront estate on the Caribbean coast of Tulum, and a facility in Baja California. Both are private residences rather than clinical wards, and both are staffed by the same medical and holistic team. You can review each location on our treatment centers page.
How long is a programme?
Programmes run from four weeks to twelve weeks. Four weeks suits guests addressing a single issue with strong support at home. Longer stays are recommended for long-term dependence, treatment-resistant depression or complex trauma, where the body needs more time to rebuild. Details are on our prices and packages page.
Is the treatment medically supervised?
Yes. Every guest is medically screened before arrival, and a physician reviews the workup before any plant medicine protocol begins. Vitals are monitored during sessions and nursing staff are on site continuously. Our medical oversight is described on the medical review board page.
Do you use 12-step or group therapy?
No. There are no group meetings, no lectures and no requirement to identify as an addict. Every session is delivered privately, one-to-one. This is the core difference between our approach and conventional rehab centers.
Will I be prescribed medication?
We do not prescribe addictive maintenance medication such as methadone or suboxone. The protocol uses plant medicine, IV nutrient and NAD+ therapy, cellular detoxification and regenerative treatment instead. Guests already on prescribed medication are tapered under medical supervision, never abruptly.
What does it cost, and what is included?
Pricing is all-inclusive and published openly. One figure covers your accommodation, every therapy, all medical supervision, chef-prepared organic meals and airport transfer. There are no per-session charges. Compare the Silver, Gold and Platinum programmes to see what each includes.
