Safety First Preparations Before Doing Ayahuasca

Before enrolling in any retreat, it is required that you do not consume drugs, coffee or other addicting substances. You must not take prescription medicines either, as it can interfere with the results you are aiming for and or also cause injury or death.  Instead of eating red meat, pork or spicy foods, it is recommended that you consume clean raw organic meals, preferably a cold pressed vegetable juice fast/cleanse minimum of 14 days before you undergo a ceremony.
